About Susan

Hi, I’m Susan Bonne: residential Realtor, dog mom, sister, aunt, friend. I love a good baguette, a walk in the woods, reading, and all things house and home. 

Real estate is my passion and has been my full-time gig for the past 7 years, but the road here had a few twists and turns. A writer for over two decades, I was tired of sitting still in a room with a laptop and my thoughts. I missed people. So in 2014 I took the leap and became a Realtor. A love of home design and decor led me to real estate, but it’s working with people that truly gives me joy. Every client has a story and getting to know those stories is what gets me up in the morning! 

 

 A fan of the tiny house movement, I currently live in a 600-sq. ft. cottage near Minnehaha Falls with my two rescue dogs. Jack is big and gentle hound-mix couch potato, and June is a 20-lb. dynamo of a doxie (guess who’s in charge :).  When I’m not out and about showing houses and seeing clients, you’ll find me at a nearby dog park, hanging out in my backyard or checking out local eateries with friends.
